If you are interested in applying for the internship, submit the following information:
(All items must be sent at the same time in one envelope in order to be considered).
- Cover letter stating intent and date available to begin internship
- Resume--to include addresses, education, clinical practicum experience
- Two letters of reference--the Director of Music Therapy at your school and another faculty or clinical supervisor
- Copy of transcripts from all colleges attended.
